Maui Portable Access System Hi, we love the rack and it is working great for us and is just what we needed. Derek did a great job coming to our facility and helping us decide what we needed. So in that aspect, we are very pleased with our experience. But just for the sake of telling all the facts…when we received the rack, it was missing some parts and the Pulley.
