Maui Portable Access System Hi, we love the rack and it is working great for us and is just what we needed. Derek did a great job coming to our facility and helping us decide what we needed. So in that aspect, we are very pleased with our experience. But just for the sake of telling all the facts…when we received the rack, it was missing some parts and the Pulley. We used a part we found in our shop and it broke, but your team was good about getting them sent to us relatively quickly once we let them know. But it caused some unnecessary downtime. Also, I wish we had the option to pick up the unit our self from Reno. Thank you.
