API Coupler J0451

Quality and perfection always drive new standards at Emco Wheaton, and the API coupler range that is commonly used by petrochemical companies is no exception. The J0451 API Coupler has been the industry standard for over 30 years. And it has recently been re-engineered to set a new, higher standard in API Couplings.
The J0451 is lightweight and maintenance friendly, allowing in-situ nose seal replacement. It includes a bevelled lip for ease of operation and it also provides better load distribution. A number of improved components guarantee a safe, leak-free operation and easy, comfortable handling.
The J0451 API Coupler has superior sealing technology with three seal variants.
API Coupler J0452

The J0452 range of API couplers is the most advanced coupler range available in the global market today. The newly launched J0452 has been engineered as a direct replacement to the K2/K2P to be the SNAP ON / SNAP OFF coupler of choice. The J0452 is maintenance friendly, providing in-situ nose seal replacement, has the lowest leakage on disconnect in its class and includes a bevelled lip and ergonomic design for ease of operation. The J0452 includes an optional integrated pump with filter element and has a wide range of spare kits available.
Liquip VCF500 Vapor Coupler

The VCF500 is a 100-mm (4”) vapor coupler with poppet and spigot that has been designed for vapor-transfer applications between the tank truck and a loading or unloading tank. The spring-loaded coupler automatically opens when paired with a compatible adaptor.

Liquip VCF075W Vapor Recovery Coupler

The VCF075W Vapor Recovery Coupler is a 100-mm (4”) female camlock that has been designed to connect to a 100-mm (4”) male hose tail. It’s spring-loaded to automatically open when coupled to a compatible adaptor, and it can be used for refined-petroleum-products vapor transfer between the tank truck and loading/unloading tank.

VAPOR COUPLER – J0550

The J0550 self-sealing Vapor Coupler is specifically designed to allow high transfer rates of vapor to flow freely from the tank truck back to the loading rack. It has the lowest pressure drop in its class, and will allow higher flow rates at a reduced pressure drop when incorporated into a well-engineered vapor return system, preferably as part of a vapor unloading arm.
Coupling to a tank truck vapor adapter with the J0550’s spring-closed poppet will open both coupler and adapter—both will close when the coupler is removed. It’s ideal for use in a well-engineered vapor system where multi-compartment bottom loading is taking place.
