I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again in the future. The flanged swivel connection went over big with the guys out in the plant. They no longer have to man handle the heavy hoses, and can swivel them around all day and not complain. You can't put a price on that.  This item definitely will help prevent injuries, such as pulls and strains. It will also help tremendously reduce fatigue, making the process more efficient. When we are on the clock to get ships and barges loaded and unloaded, every minute saved can mean a financial windfall for the customer. Build quality is great, and the range of customization is wide. It was difficult to find a situation the Maui couldn't fit or easily and relatively cheaply be made to fit. The mobility is great, but being able to provide protection for both ISO style and common carrier bulk tankers was a major selling point. The assembly is easy to do ourselves.
