It is an all around great product for the money!!! Our self adjusting stairway was delivered within 5 days just as promised. Our sales rep, Chris Hite, was very helpful. Their engineering is second to none. I think SafeRack is an outstanding company that offers an outstanding product at a very competitive price. Their engineering is second to none and they have an outstanding sales and service department. You can count on your order being delivered in the time frame they tell you it will be. I would recommend that any company that is involved in loading tanker trailers to contact them, if for no other reason but safety for your employees, easy access for loading trucks and a time saver. He was great! It was a very professional experience. My experience was completely positive from the very quick call back after an internet inquiry to getting the right product ordered. Being located in New York City, like other large cities, the cost of installation can be very expensive. My sales rep was Johnny on the spot. Product was delivered quicker than I thought it would get here. I was looking at possibly 6 to 7 weeks. We received it in about 3 weeks.
