Frequently Asked Question
What are cantilever ladders used for?

Cantilever ladders provide safe overhead access to areas that are otherwise difficult to reach—such as the tops of railcars, tank trucks, and tall machinery. The C Series is designed to extend operators over an object while remaining stable and easy to maneuver.

Can one person operate the ladder safely?

Yes. The C Series is designed for single-user operation. Its steel base delivers a solid counterbalance, while the aluminum upper frame keeps the unit lightweight enough to position and adjust without assistance.

How does this compare to a mobile work platform like RollaStep?

While both offer mobile access solutions, the C Series cantilever ladder is purpose-built for up-and-over reach—ideal for clearing obstacles or accessing the tops of enclosed equipment. RollaStep work platforms, on the other hand, are well suited for flat, level access across varying heights.

Does SafeRack offer help with site assessments or ladder selection?

Yes. Our team provides complimentary on-site safety evaluations to help you select the right ladder or platform solution for your facility. We consider your workflow, compliance needs, and clearance challenges to deliver a safer, more efficient setup from day one.

Customer Reviews

★★★★★

I worked with Travis McCraine and he was amazing to work with. I worked with Travis McCraine and he was amazing to work with. Travis was the only rep that would visit the site among all your competition so this made it a no brainer. The product is easy to install. It is a quality made product. You have a solution to fit any configuration available. It would have been nice to get the product to the customer on Friday instead of Sunday but that was not all your fault.
