Recent Polyolefin tank truck installation at a specialty chemical company. SafeRack designed and engineered (6) six access solutions at this facility that required either wide gangways and/or modified safety cages to work with customers existing process pipes.

The trucks had to be backed into the loading zone under an old canopy with a very low overhead clearance. Operators had to access the tops of these dairy trucks via a homemade overhead catwalk with no fall prevention. Once they got to the top of the trucks, their safety was at risk, every time.
The customized ErectaStep is for a California 3D printer manufacturer that produces 3D metal additive printers used in space travel, supersonic and hypersonic flight, renewable energy, and advanced power production. This tooling platform will eventually be installed around large equipment used in the manufacturing of their 3D printers and is customized powder-coated black to match the company’s aesthetics.
