Heat Trace Shower

Tempered Water Solutions for safety eye/face washes and drench showers ensure that, in an emergency, your employees will be comfortable during the 15 minute flush of tepid water required by ANSI Z358.1. Consumes energy vs. use energy, no need to worry about hypothermia from freezing cold water or being scalded by water that is too hot. Use energy only while the unit is in use – it’s unnecessary to keep a water tank heated 24/7. Easy to install – just add water and power – only requirements are one electrical connection and a cold water line. Quality is unmatched with premium features that come standard and exceed the specifications of any application.

HALO Eyewash Bowl

The Halo eyewash system offers a high-performance rinsing platform that provides rapid relief to an individual’s eyes that have been injured by chemicals or particulate. The eyewash includes an integral 5.1 GPM (19.2 L) flow control, providing water at a safe velocity while maintaining its effectiveness (exceeds minimum water flow of 0.4 GPM (1.5 L) at 30 PSI (2.0 bar)).

Eyewash/Drench Shower Combination Safety Stations

A multi-purpose emergency drench shower station combines both a drench shower and an eyewash in one unit. This versatile piece of equipment has the capabilities to act as a stand alone drench shower or functioning as an eyewash station with built in DMTX eyewash. Horizontal/Wall-mounted units include features such as makeup water cup sump pump, hose bib connection that opens for additional pressure when needed, bathtub faucet adapter, debris filter which removes impurities from the water flow, and stainless steel construction.

Horizontal/Wall Mounted Emergency Drench Showers

Emergency drench showers are designed to deliver a high volume of water. The 10″ nozzle head, which is 6″ in the front and 4″ in the back, projects straight down from 60″, so that there is sufficient pressure even for overhead use (though we recommend 30 GPM at 30 PSI minimum). They can be mounted full height above the floor or any portion up to 42″. There are two materials available: ABS plastic and stainless steel. If you’re looking for quality and compliance one inch IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve with Teflon seals meet ANSI Z358.1.

Wall Mounted Eyewash Units

Emergency Drench showers are perfect for any size area. These units are pre-assembled and completely water tested prior to shipment, ensuring they’ll do what they were designed to do with ease. Wall mounting brackets ensure stability in high visibility areas. We offer one of the widest spray patterns on the market, making these ideal for commercial uses as well as residential applications. Wall mounting unit includes heavy duty aluminum wall brackets with corrosion resistant powder coated finish.

Faucet Mounted Eyewash Units

Whether you work in an area where accidents and injuries are highly likely – like a construction site or plumbing’s hazardous situations – or if there’s ever been an emergency at your home such as natural disasters these units can provide life-saving relief.

  • Does not interfere with normal faucet operation
  • Two outlet heads are mounted 3″ or 5″ apart and deliver a soft, aerated, and unlimited supply of water
  • Heads angle forward and are adjustable to permit full coverage while avoiding splashes
Compliance and Safety Standards

According to ANSI guidelines, emergency eyewash and drench shower stations must be located within 10 seconds or 55 feet from potential hazards, positioned on the same horizontal plane without obstructions. Additionally, these units must dispense tepid water, defined as 60°F to 100°F (16°C to 38°C), to ensure a comfortable and effective 15-minute flush.
