The product is very well designed. My salesman Bob was very responsive and helped me through the entire process and was very cordial as my customer kept requesting different options. The product is very well designed. The fact that you carry a wide variety of products for the customers we deal with is a big plus. The biggest benefits are safety, ease of movement and that it's corrosion-free.

I received a call to anticipate delivery; great communication!!! David Daniel was an excellent rep. He checked in with me periodically on the status of the project. He was extremely patient with our process. He was never pushy. He responded quickly to our requests to furnish additional information or clarify any questions we had. Service has been excellent. Also, delivery was quicker than anticipated, well within the 3 week time frame. I received a call to anticipate delivery; the truck driver didn't just show up. We could plan for the off-loading in a timely manner. Great communication!!! Last, installation was NOT complicated… ready to use in a few hours after foundation is completed.
