Customer Reviews
Customer service was very good. Customer service was very good. The response from Kenny Rogers was very good. I am a reseller, and I can probably get it cheaper for resale, but I needed them as soon as possible. Your response was better. Thanks.

We would recommend this product. The salesman Steven Dew was very responsive and kept me updated during the whole sales process. He emailed multiple times to provide updates for hurricane Florence. We liked the fact that you can customize the size of the platform. We tried looking for other suppliers and no one would provide this type of service. The removable rails are very important for us because we need to unload parts from the machine. We would recommend this product because of the quality, customization and friendliness of the sales team.

Quality products and good response when issues arise. Personally, I truly appreciate customer service. Many companies have similar products, they might be cheaper, better or worse. Regardless, it is always important to know that your sales engineer cares about your and your plant. Curtis and John have visited our plant multiple times, spoken with area supervisors as well as the operators (the most important ones). They have gained trust by showing quality products and good response when issues arise.
