Installed at this Canadian facility: SafeRack Loading Rack Platform, SafeRack Gangways, OPW Loading Arms with Vapor Recovery, Overfill Protection, and Grounding System — all engineered for safe, efficient railcar bulk diesel loading.
At a major industrial facility in Canada, SafeRack successfully installed a complete diesel railcar loading system designed for bulk diesel transfer with safety and efficiency in mind. The system features a custom-built SafeRack loading rack platform equipped with our industry-leading SafeRack Gangways, offering safe, reliable access to a wide range of railcar designs. Tracking along the platform, these gangways adjust easily to different railcar configurations, ensuring secure fall protection at every hatch.
The installation also includes OPW Engineered Systems loading arms, designed with flexible reach for optimal positioning during loading operations. Integrated vapor recovery technology captures emissions at the hatch, enhancing environmental compliance. Built-in overfill protection safeguards against spills and accidents, while a dedicated grounding system ensures safe static discharge control during diesel transfer.
This project highlights SafeRack’s complete system integration capabilities for bulk diesel railcar loading — from design to installation — delivering customized solutions that prioritize operator safety, regulatory compliance, and operational uptime.
