Maui Portable Access System Hi, we love the rack and it is working great for us and is just what we needed. Derek did a great job coming to our facility and helping us decide what we needed. So in that aspect, we are very pleased with our experience. But just for the sake of telling all the facts…when we received the rack, it was missing some parts and the Pulley. We used a part we found in our shop and it broke, but your team was good about getting them sent to us relatively quickly once we let them know. But it caused some unnecessary downtime. Custom Made Work Platform Fast and Professional! I approached SafeRack because of my interest in the G Series of Roll-A-Step. Few days later, Bryce Jordan came to my facility to investigate on my need and potential future ones. Quotes and commercial arrangement has been set quickly. Communication between SafeRack and I was fast and professional. Before reception of our platform, we have been invited to visit the SafeRack facility. This place is amazingly clean, partially robotized and professional. Purchased platform is nicely manufactured and easy to use. Later we worked on a custom made platform. Despite the fact that my specifications were not easily reachable, they provide me a solution the same week. I totally recommend this company.
