SavkoLock reflects SafeRack’s commitment to partnership and protection, drawing its name from the meaning of “protector” in the family name of our Canadian partner, Rob Sawchuk (Savko). In recognition of Rob’s leadership and dedication to keeping operators safe on every gangway, SafeRack combined “Savko” with “Lock” to signify a purpose-built device that positively locks gangways in place, helping prevent sudden movement, unsafe gaps, and dangerous falls.
