Unlike welded-in-place or one-piece structures that are difficult to modify, SafeRack uses a modular metal ladder with a work platform and guardrails to configure access around existing piping, cable trays, and tight footprints. • Integrated Fixed Ladder Access: Industrial-grade fixed ladder modules provide vertical access where full stair runs are not practical, while meeting OSHA Standard No. 1910.23, ANSI A14.3-2008, and all other guidelines for rung spacing, clearance, and fall protection.
• Safe, Stable Work Platform: Non-slip tread surfaces and engineered work platform framing give operators a firm, level surface for inspection, sampling, or maintenance, even in high-vibration environments.
• Guardrails and Swing Gates: Full-perimeter handrails and self-closing swing gate options help maintain continuous fall protection at the platform edge, reducing the risk of “open side” incidents around pumps, tanks, and MCCs.
• Tower Support Options: For higher elevations, modular tower support structures can be stacked and braced to reach burners, scrubbers, or overhead piping while maintaining rigidity and alignment.
