SafeRack was approached by Senior Mechanical Engineer, Richard Davenport, to provide a Turn-key offering for a single spot rail loading solution. Adamant about having one point of contact for the full completion of the project. SafeRack performed a site visit and quickly found their custom fall protection and loading procedure to be cumbersome and unsafe. Due to the extreme caution that comes with loading Oleum an upgrade was a must.  As a result, SafeRack designed and installed a railcar loading platform canopy with a MaxRack elevating safety cage solution.  Our MaxRack safety cage takes safety to another level so the operators can provide full attention to loading such a potent product.  We were able to repurpose existing equipment to reduce the cost of equipment needed and demolition performed.
