He knew the product line extremely well and could answer, on the fly, any question about what he represents. Lastly, he presented to the MWV employees information about the platform. This went very well and I got buy-in on new equipment. And it delivered surprisingly quickly. I was told that it would be a January 2011 delivery and I would miss out on the 2010 closing.
