Whether loading or unloading, SafeRack can provide the equipment needed to keep employees safe and expedite product handling. Typical systems include platforms, canopies, and gangways wide enough for easy maneuvering and improved access. All systems are equipped with safety gates, eyewash stations, traffic bollards, grounding systems, and lighting. Loading arms, control valves, and metering equipment provide reliable solutions for loading and unloading product with little downtime for maintenance and repairs.

Crude oil sample catchers and oil thieves
We offer Tulsa Oil Thieves in three models and five sizes. All of the sample catchers feature single trip (original with the Tulsa Thief), antifouling flat-ball assembly, a full opening horizontal closure system with rotating valve, two adjustable springs (one for closing tension and one for tripping tension for more flexible adjustment) and adjustable graduated trip rods that hold the thief in an upright position as a hydrometer cylinder.

Allows operators safe access to the top of rail cars. We used to take product samples from rail cars as well as open vent hatches for unloading. This can now be done at our unloading zone as opposed to hundreds of yards down the track where our stationary stand resides. This also allows operators safe access to the top of rail cars without having to use ladders or a safety harness to tie off.
