I also know that if there is a problem, it will be handled quickly and professionally and they will stay in contact with me throughout the entire order and check up periodically to make sure everything is going OK. The product was delivered ahead of schedule as are most of the orders I place with SafeRack. The ease of installation is the best feature of the gangway. The construction, ease of use, and high visibility color scheme all make this a well rounded product.
