SafeRack and its people care about doing business the right way. I ordered a gangway then 3 weeks later ordered another one. 3 weeks after that, another came up for order in our system. When I placed the order, the salesperson responded back making sure I wanted to order a third one. After checking our system, the third one was duplicated and we did not need it. A lot of places would have just filled the order and charged us. That shows how much SafeRack and its people care about doing business the right way with us. I would definitely recommend this product. In fact, I already have.
