I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again in the future. The flanged swivel connection went over big with the guys out in the plant. They no longer have to man handle the heavy hoses, and can swivel them around all day and not complain. You can't put a price on that.  This item definitely will help prevent injuries, such as pulls and strains. It will also help tremendously reduce fatigue, making the process more efficient.
