Build quality is great, and the range of customization is wide. It was difficult to find a situation the Maui couldn't fit or easily and relatively cheaply be made to fit. The mobility is great, but being able to provide protection for both ISO style and common carrier bulk tankers was a major selling point. The assembly is easy to do ourselves. Maintenance of the Maui is very simple. What parts may need serviced or replaced or cheap to order and can be done onsite by in house maintenance. Provides great protection to workers on top of bulk style tankers or similar, especially if you live in areas with inclement weather.

SafeRack is great to work with, we will be placing more orders with SafeRack. SafeRack Sales and Customer Service has been extremely positive and was able to deliver each item we ordered very quickly. I found that, unlike some other product supply companies, SafeRack responded very quickly and efficiently. We are also working with the engineering group on a transloader. Maui Portable Access System Hi, we love the rack and it is working great for us and is just what we needed. Derek did a great job coming to our facility and helping us decide what we needed. So in that aspect, we are very pleased with our experience. But just for the sake of telling all the facts…when we received the rack, it was missing some parts and the Pulley. We used a part we found in our shop and it broke, but your team was good about getting them sent to us relatively quickly once we let them know. But it caused some unnecessary downtime. Also, I wish we had the option to pick up the unit our self from Reno. Thank you.
