Custom Made Work Platform Fast and Professional! I approached SafeRack because of my interest in the G Series of Roll-A-Step. Few days later, Bryce Jordan came to my facility to investigate on my need and potential future ones. Quotes and commercial arrangement has been set quickly. Communication between SafeRack and I was fast and professional. Before reception of our platform, we have been invited to visit the SafeRack facility. This place is amazingly clean, partially robotized and professional. Purchased platform is nicely manufactured and easy to use. Later we worked on a custom made platform. Despite the fact that my specifications were not easily reachable, they provide me a solution the same week. I totally recommend this company.

The whole process from sale to installation was exceptional. Our salesman, Chris, was extremely responsive. He kept up to date on the manufacturing and delivery schedule and also delivered all of the documents in a timely manner. All of our experiences were positive. The sales and service aspect were very good and the installation was exceptional. The price was very competitive. The product was delivered ahead of schedule and it was a very aggressive schedule. We were very pleased with the entire process from the purchasing through the installation by your installers (Richard and Gunny). The installers were very professional and helpful. The one potential obstacle was meeting our g delivery requirements. That turned out to be a non-issue. The single most important benefit for us is the increased safety in doing our job.
