Friendly, humble and helpful. Very prompt and to the point. Katie Kelly, Curt Brown, and Nathan Elliot were all very helpful and responsive. I am very happy with SafeRack's delivery time; especially due to the fact that SC was in the middle of a hurricane and undergoing extreme flooding and setbacks due to the storm, SafeRack managed to get our load out the door, and on the way despite the adversity, everyone was facing.
