GuardRail Styles, Sizes, and Options
The GuardRail protective railing system comes in two styles: Single or Double Rail. The single guard rail columns are 17″ high. Double guard rail columns are 43″ high. All GuardRail columns are powder coat painted safety yellow. They feature 4″ square x 1/4″ wall structural steel tubing with metal caps, and 9″ square x 1/2″ thick steel base plates. The base plates have four 7/8″ round anchor holes with floor anchors provided. Custom guard rail heights are available. Additional options available include rail lift-out kits, offset column base plates, and corner offset columns.
Free design and layout assistance are also available.
Standard guardrail sizes available in Single or Double Rail.
The 11 gauge powder coated formed steel rails come in single rail (17″) and double rail (43″) with standard lengths (0′-8″, 1′-8″, 2′-8″, 3′-8″, 4′-8″, 5′-8″, 6′-8″, 7′-8″, 8′-8″, and 9′-8″) designed to span even foot increments center to center of each column. Custom guard rail lengths are also available. Rails mount to the columns with 1/2″ x 5″ through bolts.
Portable Safety Railing for Industrial and Rooftop Fall Protection
The YellowGate RS is a mobile, modular, and expandable portable safety railing designed for a variety of rooftop and industrial facility safety applications. Its non-penetrating design makes it ideal for temporary use on rooftops, where drilling or permanent mounting is not an option.
With lightweight aluminum construction and field-adjustable rails, the YellowGate RS is quick to deploy and easy to reposition. The TBase features 5-inch rubber wheels, making it simple to transport and configure without the need for tools.
